EXTERIEUR RESOURCES WORLDWIDE INC. PRESIDENT & CEO CHARLES FREIBOTH III GIVES WELL RECEIVED SPEECH AT ACEC 2007 FALL CONFERENCE IN HAWAII

MAUI, HAWAII, U.S.A., October 1, 2007 - Jose Manuel Romualdez, Regional Director for Asia Pacific of Exterieur Resources Worldwide Inc., announced today that Charles Freiboth III, President and CEO of Exterieur Resources Worldwide Inc., gave a well received, one-hour speech on September 27 at the Opening General Session of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) 2007 Fall Conference. The conference, held from September 26 to 29 at the beautiful Grand Wailea Resort Hotel and Spa in Maui, Hawaii, was very well attended by over 1,000 people, including many CEOs, CFOs and other senior executives from prominent U.S. engineering firms. Mr. Freiboth’s speech, entitled “Next Generation Offshoring”, was presented in conjunction with the Risk Management Convocation organized and sponsored by the Council of American Structural Engineers (CASE) in connection with their 20th Anniversary activities at the ACEC 2007 Fall Conference. Mr. Freiboth was warmly introduced by Michael P. Matsumoto, P.E., FACEC, President and CEO of SSFM International, a project management, planning and engineering firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Immediately following Mr. Freiboth’s plenary speech, CASE presented a separate breakout educational session, entitled “Expand Your Horizons and Resources through Outsourcing”, conducted by Garry D. Myers, S.E., partner at Myers Houghton & Partners and President of MHP Inc., structural engineers based in Long Beach, California. Mr. Freiboth answered questions at the conclusion of his speech and contributed additional remarks addressing important issues raised at Mr. Myers’ educational session.
