EXTERIEUR RESOURCES WORLDWIDE INC. ENTERS INTO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING AGREEMENTS WITH TRANSNATIONAL ASSOCIATES, INC. AND CORE BUSINESS CONSULTANTS INC.

VANCOUVER, BC, June 4, 2007 - Charles Freiboth III, President and CEO of Exterieur Resources Worldwide Inc., announced today that Exterieur has entered into business development consulting agreements with Transnational Associates, Inc., a Wyoming corporation with offices in Englewood, Colorado, U.S.A. and Core Business Consultants Inc., a British Columbia corporation with offices in North Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Transnational Associates, Inc., headed by Howard Schirmer, Jr., PE, is charged with procuring outsourcing service level agreements and providing marketing, promotion, customer relations and consulting services for Exterieur, primarily from the engineering and construction industries. Mr. Schirmer, the former President of Colorado-based CH2MHill International Ltd. and former Managing Director of Dames and Moore's international division, has managed and operated consulting engineering firms in AsiaPacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe for over 35 years and served as principal in charge of many infrastructure projects in the U.S. and overseas.

Core Business Consultants Inc., headed by R. Jude Carrillo, is charged with procuring outsourcing SLAs and providing similar services for Exterieur primarily from the resort and hospitality industries. Mr. Carrillo was formerly Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Intrawest Resort Ownership Corporation, doing business as ClubIntrawest.
