EXTERIEUR RESOURCES WORLDWIDE INC. ENTERS INTO F&A SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT WITH LE SOLEIL DE BORACAY RESORT

VANCOUVER, BC, September 24, 2007 - Jose Manuel Romualdez, Regional Director for Asia Pacific of Exterieur Resources Worldwide Inc., announced today that Exterieur has entered into a comprehensive service level agreement with Le Soleil de Boracay Resort. Under the agreement, Exterieur will provide financial, accounting and other outsourcing services to Le Soleil de Boracay Resort. Le Soleil is the premier hotel and restaurant operator in Boracay Island, a popular beach resort located in the Visayan Islands area of the Philippines. Le Soleil is managed by Cintree Management Services Inc. of Makati City, Philippines.
