Over 26 years of experience in information technology systems and procedures, with substantial technical expertise in requirements definition, systems design, programming and testing, project planning and management; software and hardware selection, installation and maintenance; IT division personnel training; and extensive senior management executive interface. As former Manager of IT Division for P. J. Lhuillier Incorporated and its affiliates and subsidiaries, from 1994 to 2007, he was involved in the planning, installation and maintenance of IFCA, Navision and Oracle Financial application software systems and transaction management systems, including maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers; order-to-cash (sales order entry/billing; accounts receivable; credit and collections; and inventory accounting); purchase-to-pay (purchasing/procurement; accounts payable; travel and entertainment accounting; and fixed assets and depreciation accounting); hire-to-retire (payroll; personnel records; benefits administration); and records-to-reports (financial and management reports - balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, parent/subsidiary and inter-company accounting reports); business support and performance measurement systems, including management reporting, planning and forecasting, budget variance analysis; and business metrics analysis. He was also in charge of the design, implementation and maintenance of business risk management systems, including tax compliance and treasury accounting and reporting. Earned a Computer Science Engineering degree from, Ateneo University, Manila, Philippines.
